satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date under the following
conditions:

Domestic Returns (Within the United States)

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.
  2. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your
    refund.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using
    a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging,
    accessories, and manuals. Any items that are damaged or missing components may not qualify for
    a refund.

International Returns (Outside the United States)

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.
  2. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your
    refund.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs
    duties, VAT charges, or other fees incurred during the return process.
  4.  Customs and VAT: Any VAT charges, customs duties, or other related fees are non-refundable. If
    a return is initiated due to the customer’s failure to respond to the courier’s attempts to deliver or
    clear customs, or due to not scheduling a pick-up or receiving the item during delivery attempts,
    the customer will be responsible for these charges as well as the return shipping cost.
  5. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging,
    accessories, and manuals. Any items that are damaged or missing components may not qualify for
    a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom color products
  • Personalized products
  • Special orders
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method
of payment within 7-10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
