At Mon Acoustic, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely. Please review the details below regarding order processing, taxes, and international shipments.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders shipped within the U.S. are fulfilled by Novawear Inc., our official importer and distributor based in California.
As such, applicable state sales tax may be charged at checkout in accordance with California and U.S. tax regulations.
Shipping is handled via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), and tracking numbers will be provided.
International Shipping (Outside the U.S.)
Orders shipped directly from Korea are considered exports and are therefore not subject to Korean VAT or sales tax.
However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or equivalent taxes imposed by the destination country.
In countries without an authorized Mon Acoustic importer, VAT or other import-related taxes may be applied by local customs authorities.
Custom Color Orders
Custom color and personalized products may require additional production and lead time.
Delivery schedules for these items will be communicated after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, shipping method, and package weight.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
Delays
Mon Acoustic is not responsible for delays due to customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions.
We will do our best to assist with tracking and resolving delivery issues.
