At Mon Acoustic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Domestic Returns (Within the U.S.)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
A 10% restocking fee applies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, and related fees.
Customs duties, VAT, and courier-related charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
For purchases made via PayPal or credit card, any transaction fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable.
These fees are deducted from the refund amount, and customers are responsible for these costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus:
- The 10% restocking fee
